Shneor Cheshin – Chrisman and Founder, Invenology Inc.

Shneor Cheshin serves in the executive management team of Invenology Inc. in the position of chairman.
Mr. Cheshin is responsible for Innovation, Marketing and Ongoing Management.
In addition, Mr. Cheshin is the Owner and CEO of Yambateva group, consisting of leading ventures from the tourism world, manufacturing plant of sea ware and diving gear and capital Investment Company.
Mr. Cheshin served for over 3 years as an active director and board member of Quattro L.T.D and Matrix L.T.D investments companies.
Mr. Cheshin has over 20 years of Business Management experience, building new business initiatives, entrepreneurship and leadership.
Mr. Cheshin holds a Bachelors degree in Law from the Tel Aviv University and an Executive MBA from the Kellogg-Recanati program.
 

Dror Galis – CEO and Founder, Invenology Inc.

Dror Galis serves as Chief Executive Officer of Invenology Inc. In this capacity, he is responsible for developing the long term strategic vision and overseeing the day-to-day operation of the company in Israel, USA and Eastern Europe.
In Addition, Dror servers as the managing director of SD TEC Consulting, a Software company and the daughter company of Invenology Inc.
Prior to this role, Dror served as VP operation of Alloy Software Inc in NY, with operational as well as management responsibility for all of the company’s business units.
In addition, Mr. Galis has spent several years at TesCom in Israel and USA as a Project Manager & Business Development Manager where he gained vast experience in managing ERP, CRM and Telecommunication projects.
Dror formed Invenology in 2003, where he was instrumental in leading the company to be a key player in the industry.
Mr. Galis earned his BA in Economics from the "Open University" in Israel. Mr. Galis served in the Israeli Air Force as an auditor for jet fighters’ ejection seats systems.
 

Bakhrom Khakimov – Software Development Manager, Tashkent UZ

Mr. Khakimov has played a key role in the foundation of WMSmart Warehouse & Inventory Management solution, currently in charge of Research and Development.
Mr. Khakimov has served as key technology team member in several software development companies and has accumulated over 15 years of IT infrastructure and implementation experience.
Mr. Khakimov holds MSC in computer sciences, MSC in Information Technology from Tashkent Information Technology University and BSC in Electronic Engineering.
