Add Store
To Add a Store Storage Location, click the Add Store link on the start page.
The Add/Edit Store window will open.
It consists of General and Sublocations tabs.
This tab contains two sections:
Store Definition
This section allows editing the warehouse properties that are being added. The red markings indicate the fields, which must be filled in properly before the store details can be saved.
Dimensions
This section allows editing the store dimensions, which are calculated in cubic Feet and Inches.
Enter the Store name.
When the Store is given a name, the Sublocations tab becomes available. Open this tab by clicking on it.
This tab is used to set sublocations for the store. Later, it is permitted to add activities under these sublocations.
Root location code
This field allows assigning a certain code/label to the Store. Enter any code you want.
To add a new location, click the button.
The Add/Edit Sublocation window will appear.
Enter the following information:
Location type
Choose a reference type or add your own by entering a new reference type name in the field.
To type your own reference type, double-click the Pencil icon or press Alt + Enter to edit the list.
A new window will open. In this window you can add, edit or remove item descriptions in the drop-down list.
Fill in the remaining fields: Location Name, Description, and Size.
New Sublocation will appear under the Store.
To edit a location, first select
that location, and then either click
the button or
double-click the selected location.
To
remove a location, ensure that the location is not participating in any
activities. If it is so, you will be able to remove it by clicking on
the button.
You may assign a new code to the location in the Root location code field.
After all the neccessary data was entered, click the
button.
After saving the New Store, it will be added to the Stores window, where it will receive a new counter.
To generate Root Location code , first, double-click the location you need in the Warehouses window.
In the new opened window click the Print Label button.
The Label will be generated for the chosen Store.
On the top of this window, you can see the following buttons: Print, Zoom, One Page, Two Pages, Four Pages, Six Pages, and Close .
The Print button allows printing the current Label Report.
The Zoom button allows viewing the Label in different modes. Select the zooming factor from the Zoom drop-down list to view the Label report.
