How to Edit Warehouse Customer Account
Click the View Accounts (Companies) link on the main start page.
The Accounts (Companies) window will open.
To edit an account, select the account to edit from the grid and click the button
located at the top of the window.
The Account (Company) window will open.
This window allows designating properties of the existing account.
Red markings indicate the fields, which must be filled in properly before the account can be saved.
Business Details
Edit the
necessary Business Details: Name, Initials, Address, City,
Zip Code, Country, State/Region, Office Phone, Office Fax, Web Page, and
Status.
To use the same address as in the Mailing address, check the "Same as Mailing Address" box.
To use different address, fill in the details: Address, City, Zip Code, Country, and State/Region.
Billing Address
To use the same address as in the Mailing address, check the "Same as Mailing Address" box.
To use different address, fill in the details: Address, City, Zip Code, Country, and State/Region.
This tab is used for setting additional account details. It also allows adding an Alias to the contact.
Contact details
Edit the Contact Details: Contact Name, Profession, Department, Title, Office, Birthday, Assistant Name, Manager Name, Mobile Phone, and Contact Email address.
Add an Alias
To learn how to add an Alias go to the Add an Alias link.
This tab shows which warehouses are assigned to the existing accounts. It allows setting several warehouses for any account.

To add a warehouse to the Storage Location, first select a Storage Location from the Available Storage Locations list. Clicking on the button will transfer the role to the Selected Storage Locations list.
To remove a warehouse from the list, select the warehouse from the Selected Storage Locations and click the button. The warehouse will be removed from the account.
To add all warehouses to the new account collectively,
click the button. All Storage
Locations will be transferred to the Selected
Storage Locations list.
To remove all Storage Locations from the
list, click the button.
All Storage Locations will be removed from the account.
Default Location

Click Choose in order to select another default location for the current Account, if necessary. Next window will open.
Click Ok to save changes.
Settings TabThe Settings tab consists of five sections: Measurement, Reports, Financial, Item Codes, and Alerting/Notifications.
Measurement
The Measurement section allows users to define the display format, default measurement units, and display settings to be used under the system accounts.
Reports
This section allows users to define the format of the Reports to be used.
The user has three options:
1. Basic Report (Default)
2. Advanced Report
3. Barcode Reports
Financial
The Financial section displays current currency and taxes. You may choose currency from the drop-down list. You may check the "Include Sales Tax" box and enter the Tax ID (EIN) as well.
Item Codes
The Item Codes section allows users to define the format of the Secondary Item Code.
There are three options:
1. Disabled (Default)
2. Secondary Item Code
3. After Market Item Code (Automotive)
Alerting/Notifications
The Alerting/Notification section allows users to be informed about any actions, which are performed by WMSmart application.
*The Rule of one Account is spread on the rest of Accounts.
To
edit an Alerting/Notification, first click the
button
located.
The Add/Edit Alerting Rule window will open.

General
Rule No field cannot be edited. It is formed by WMSmart system.
Name field allows choosing the module for Alerting.
Ex.: Inventory Item.

In the Description field you may add a description concerning current Rule.
Actions
In this section you may select actions applicable to the Rule, taking into consideration the Module selected in the Name field.
Ex.: for Inventory Item module select Add action (You will be notified, when new Item is added).

Delivery by
This section allows choosing the notification type: Balloon, Email, Popup. The Select All button allows selecting all types at once.

Assigned to
This section allows assigning the Rule to: Contacts, Users, Free Emails.

Clicking Add All button allows assigning Rule to all types of contacts.
To add new contact email that is not a user or
contact of WMSmart, click
.
The Add/Edit Free E-mail window will open.

Red markings indicate mandatory fields that must be filled in properly before the item can be saved.
Enter the Name and E-mail address of a new contact.
After all the information have been entered, press OK to confirm edited Rule.
Saving the Edited AccountThere are 2 ways to save
the edited account:
1.Click on
the
button.
2. Click the button.
