How to Edit an Existing Permission Role

To edit a permission role, click the    button located at the top of the window.  

 

The Add/Edit Role window will open.  

This window allows editing properties of the new permission role. 

This window is divided into three sections:

  1. Account Module Privileges
  2. Administrative Module Privileges
  3. Web Access Module Privileges

Each of these sections allows specifying which modules this new role has privileges over. The modules are separated into their distinctive sections.

To add a module to the role, first select a module from the Available Modules list. Clicking on the   button will transfer the module to the Selected Modules list.

To remove a module from the list, select the module from the Selected Moduleslist  and click the   button. The role will be removed from the permission role.

To add all modules  to the Available Modules collectively, click the   button. All  modules will be transferred to the Selected Modules list.

To remove all modules from the list, click the   button. All  modules will be removed from the permission role.
