Inventory Management

WMSmart provides many advanced and intuitive inventory control and management features. The Inventory allows you to adjust and track all stored items easily. Every item (product) in the catalog can be edited, grouped and categorized. Any number of master package configurations can be specified for each item instead of creating separate items for each master package. Any number of custom properties can be specified for all the items in any given category using property sets.

WMSmart also allows you to perform the tasks, which have traditionally been done on paper, online; such tasks as inventory adjustments (cycle counts), recording locations information, inventory issue, setting predetermined locations, tracking lot/serial number, and maintaining multiple virtual warehouses in one physical warehouse.

It means that WMSmart can store information about items that are specific to your business needs. Every aspect of an item can be viewed and reported upon, including on-hand and in-transit inventory, item activity and advanced filtered inventory reports.

The Inventory Management section allows users to add items to the inventory, view the current catalog, and check the current inventory levels. This section appears both in the Account window (Allsale Electronic inc.) and on the Start Page, where all options: On-Hand Inventory, In-Transit Inventory, View Item Catalog, Add Item, View Non-Inventory Item Catalog, Add Non-Inventory Item, View Service Item Catalog, and Add Service Item – are accessible.

The On-Hand Inventory allows the user to view the available items in the inventory. The On-Hand Inventory is updated every time an order is posted.

The In-Transit Inventory section allows users to reorganize the receiving inventory and the shipping inventory views easily. Choose Receiving or Shipping inset to sort the view.

Or

The View Item Catalog displays a list containing different items available for later use in Order management. In this window, the user can add an item to the catalog or edit an item that has already been added.

The Add Item option allows the user to add an item to the Item catalog without going through the View Item Catalog screen.
