In order to view the Pending Work Orders window, you may either click the View Pending Work Orders link on the Start Page Common Tasks Order Management section or click the Pending Work Orders link in the Account panel on the left side of the screen.

The next window will open.
Edit a Pending Work Order
To edit a Work Order In, select the required Work Order In and click the Edit Work Order button.
The edit window will open.
This
window allows editing the properties of the New Work Order In.
Red markings indicate mandatory fields that must be filled in properly before the data can be saved.
General Info
Order No, Creation Date,
Entered by, and Account
fields
cannot be changed.
In the Remarks field, you may add any remarks concerning the current Work Order In.
Work Order Totals
Enter the neccessary information in the Number of Pallets, Weight fields.
Packages and Items fields are automatically filled from work order entries.
Carrier Information
Its purpose is to enable to insert specific details of the
shipment.
This field provides an identification
of the shipment.
In order to add a Carrier Information , click the Add button.
The Add/Edit Carrier Info window will open.
Carrier
is the name of the company carrying the freight. The Carrier Name
may be chosen from the contacts that were entered into the contacts list.
Carrier Address
and Initials
The Carrier Address and the Initials fields are filled in when a Carrier is chosen.
These fields cannot be edited.
In this window, you can Add, Edit or Remove Shipment
Methods.
Note: If shipping method has an activity, it cannot be deleted.
Note: In order to save the Add/Edit Carrier Info, you need to fill in, at least, one field.
Payment Method
The Payment Method indicates which payment is used.
This field contains a Pencil icon. Double-click the icon or press Alt+Enter to edit the following list.
In this window you can Add, Edit or Remove Payment Methods.
To add a new Payment Method to the list, click the Add button. The next window will appear.
Seal Number, Trailer Number, Driver Name, Carrier Bill of Lading (CBL), Bill of lading Instructions, and Remarks.
Fill in these fields.
The Bill of Lading Instructions are displayed in the reports as well.
Custom Brokerage
This section allows specifying all the information concerning customs clearance and other brokerage functions.
When all the necessary data is entered, click OK. The Carrier Info is added.
Work Order References
The purpose of the Work Order References is to enable you
to insert general data regarding the shipment.
This field provides you with general
identification information regarding the shipment.
To add a "Work Order Reference", click the Add button.
The Add/Edit Reference window will open.
Choose a Reference Type and enter the Reference No in the field.
For example, Reference Type is MAIL, Reference No is 12345.
Then click OK.
If
you want to create a new Reference Type, double-click the Pencil
icon or press Alt + Enter to edit the list.
A new window will open.
This window allows you to add, edit or remove any reference type.
Reference Type and Reference No will be added to the Work Order Reference box.
Note: In order to save the Work Order Reference , fill in, at least, a reference type.
The purpose of the Class Info section is to enable you to insert a shipment class. To add a shipment class, click the Add button.
The Add/Edit Shipment Class window will open.
For example, Class Name is Class A.
Then click OK.
If you want to create new Class
Name,
double-click the Pencil icon or press Alt +
Enter to edit the list.
A new window will open.
This window allows you to add, edit or remove any shipment class.
The Class Name will be added to the Class Info box.
Shipping Info
The Shipping
Info may be chosen from the Contacts that were
entered into the contacts list.
In the Attention field (ATTN), you may enter a person’s name. This information is displayed in the reports.
Custom Broker Info
In order to add a custom broker, click the Add button.
The Add/Edit Custom Broker window will open.
Custom Broker section
The Custom Broker may be chosen from the contacts that were entered into the contacts list.
Custom Broker Type section
This section allows defining the
location of the chosen custom broker. Click on the drop-down arrow
Then click OK.
Custom Broker will be added to the Custom Broker Info box.
Note: You may assign as many brokers as you need.
After all the necessary data is entered, choose the Work Order Items tab.
This tab allows adding or editing General Inventory and Entry/Lot Inventory Items for the current work order. In order to add or edit an item, click the Add/Edit Items button in the General Inventory tab or Add/Edit Entry/Lot button in the Entry/Lot Inventory tab.

Allows adding Service Item (if there is any in the system) to any Work Order, which are in Pending Status.
Click Add/Edit Items to add Service Item to the Work Order In.
Select Service Item using the Search By box.
Select the necessary Service Item and click OK. The Service Item was successfully added to the Work Order.
The Custom Brokerage tab contains General Info and Bundles sections.
General Info
Service Type
To add a new Service Type double-click the Pencil icon or press Alt+Enter.
In this window, you can Add, Edit or Remove Service Type.
To add a new Service Type to the list, click the Add button.
A window with a text box will appear.
In this window, you may enter the appropriate name or description of the service. Then click OK.
To edit a description, click the Edit button. The next window will appear. In this window, you may edit the name or description of the service type.

Customs number
Click on the drop-down arrow
To add a new Customs #, click the Pencil icon. In the open window click the Add button.
Enter the custom number in the text field of the open window. Then click OK.
Enter the Inbond No, Go No and Pediment No.
Bundles
Bundles is a collection of different related items
combined for transferring purposes to the customer.
To add new Bundle, click the Add button. Add/Edit Bundle window will open.
Enter all the neccessary information on Bundle.
Then click OK.
After you have finished editing all items for the current Work Order In, click OK. Then click the Save and Close button.
After saving the Work Order In, the changes will be added to the Pending Work Orders In window.
The Work Order In is ready for the future Post.
Labels Print button
The main purpose of the Receiving labels is to reflect the details of the contents of Work Order In.
There are four types of Receiving labels:Receiving General Label (4"x6"), Item Coversheet(4"x6"), Item Coversheet (4"x2"), Entry/Lot (4"x2"), Work Order Item Entry (4"x6"), Pallet Coversheet (4"x6") label, Multi Barcode 1 and Multi Barcode 2
Receiving General Label (4"x6"), will present the following information:
Item Coversheet (4"x6") label
The purpose of this label is to
stick label for each separate carton of specific master package.
Item Coversheet (4"x2") label
Entry/Lot (4"x2") label
Work Order Item Entry (4"x6") label
The purpose of this label is to stick label for each separate item of Work Order In.
Note:To print label, select an entry.
For example: If Work Order In contains DVD1 and DVD2, two lables will be printed , first one only with DVD1 ,and second only with DVD2 and quantities of each one.
Pallet Coversheet (4"x6") label
Multi Barcode 1 label
Multi Barcode 2 label
On the top of this window, you can see the following buttons: Print, Zoom, One Page, Two Pages, Four Pages, Six Pages, and Close .
The Print button allows printing the current Label Report.
The Zoom button allows viewing the Label in different modes. Select the zooming factor from the Zoom drop-down list to view the Label report.
