Posted Work Order Out

In order to view the Posted Work Orders window you may either click the View Posted Work Orders link on the Start Page in the Common Tasks Order Management section or click the Posted Work Orders link in the Account panel on the left side of the screen.

The Posted Work Orders window will appear.

In this window, select the Posted Work Order Out tab. The next window will open.

In the Posted Work Order Out tab, you may use the option "Packing List". Clicking on this button allows you to generate report, where all the information will be displayed, i.e Work Order References, Class Info, Carrier Info etc.

Double-click any Posted Work Order Out you wish to view or press . The next window will open.

If you want to view details of this Work Order Out, select the Work Order Items inset. In the opened window, click the + icon to view details.

Labels Print button

The main purpose of the Packing labels is to reflect  the  details of the contents of Work Order Out.

There are four types of packing list label: Packing List (4"x6"), Item Coversheet  (4"x6")Item Coversheet  (4"x2")Entry/Lot (4"x2")Work Order Item Entry (4"x6")Pallet Coversheet (4"x6") label, Multi Barcode 1 and Multi Barcode 2. 

 

Packing List (4"x6") label will present the following information:

Item Coversheet (4"x6") label

The purpose of this label is to stick label for each separate carton of specific master package.

For example: If we have  work order with DVD0001-Carton of 10 and total quantity of this DVD is 10, the application will print 20 labels (according to total quantity of master packages), at first, label will appear 1 of 10, the next 2 of 10, 3 of 10 …and at last 10 of 10.

Item Coversheet (4"x2") label

Entry/Lot (4"x2") label

Work Order Item Entry (4"x6")label

The purpose of this label is to stick label for each separate item of Work Order Out. 

Note:To print label, select an entry.

 

For example: If Work Order Out contains DVD1 and DVD2, two lables will be printed, first one  only with DVD1 and second only with DVD2, and quantities of each one.

 

Pallet Coversheet (4"x6") label

On the top of this window, you can see the following buttons: Print, Zoom, One Page, Two Pages, Four Pages, Six Pages, and Close.

The Print  button allows printing the current Label Report.

The Zoom button allows viewing the Label in different modes. Select the zooming factor from the Zoom drop-down list  to view the Label report.
