The following window will appear:

Pricing

Price can be calculated by the following options: Measurement, Packages, Pallets, and Weight.

Enter Price per Cubic Feet, Minimum Charge, Maximum Charge, and  Discount.

Price per CU/FT $ is the price of one cubic feet.

Minimum Charge.  If Charge is less than "Minimum Charge" then Charge is equated automatically to Minimum Charge

Maximum Charge.  If Charge is more than "Maximum Charge" then Charge is equated automatically to Maximum Charge.

Charge Time

Verify your charging time. " Charge time"  - time for charge. For example WOIn was posted at 17/03/2007 13:30 and "Charge Time"=12:00. And "Charge Date" = from 17/03/2007 till 20/03/2007. (when you set charge period you can set only date not time, time of start date and end date is always midnight (00:00)). "Start date" is 17/03. "Charge time"=12:00. At that moment WOIn was not posted yet, so the first day of charge period is not calculated. The system calculates only inventory that is in the warehouse on the moment of "Charge time".

Free Days

Verify your Free Days period. "Free Days" - first free of charge N-days. Free Days are calculated from the very beginning and include only those days when items are on balance. For example, we need to calculate charge for five days, Free Days=2. On the 1st day Balance=2, 2nd day Balance=0, 3rd day Balance=0, 4th day Balance=5 and 5th day Balance= 5. The charge is calculated for the 5th day only.
