A Reseller/ IT Service provider is able to receive the following discount schedule off the price of the Software Products:

On any orders for Software Products placed by Reseller during the term of the Reseller Agreement, the Reseller shall receive a 15% discount off the prices listed for the Software Products on the Price List.

During the Term of the Reseller Agreement and as long as Reseller maintains a certified link to Invenology’s website www.invenology.com) on its home website, which link is followed by a description of the Software Products, the Reseller shall receive a 5% discount off the prices listed for the Software Products on the Price List, in addition to any other discounts Reseller is eligible to receive.

Following Invenology’s receipt of payment from the Reseller in respect of the sale of either (i) One Hundred and Twenty Five thousand dollars worth, or more, of site licenses within any six (6) month period during the Term of this Agreement, or (ii) Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand dollars, or more, worth of site licenses within any twelve (12) month period during the Term of this Agreement, the Reseller shall receive a 10% discount off the prices listed for the Software Products in the Price List, in addition to any other discounts Reseller is eligible.

Following Invenology’s receipt of payment from Reseller (i) in the sum of One Hundred and Fifty thousand dollars within any six (6) month period during the Term of this Agreement, or (ii) in the sum of Three Hundred thousand dollars within any twelve (12) month period during the Term of this Agreement, Reseller shall receive a 5% discount off the prices listed for the Software Products in the Price List, in addition to any other discounts Reseller is eligible.
