The minimum system requirements for running the WMSmart software are:

Stand-Alone

Recommended configuration:
  • 3.0GHz or faster processor
  • 1GB or more RAM
  • 10 GB free hard disk space for program installation
  • .NET framework 2.0 installed *
  • MDAC 2.8 installed*
  • WSE 3.0 *
  • Microsoft SQL Server 2005 (SQL Express)*
  • Supported Operating Systems: Microsoft Windows XP (Service Pack 2), Windows Vista

Client Machine

Recommended configuration:
  • 2.0GHz Processor or faster
  • 1GB or more RAM
  • 500MB free hard disk space for program installation
  • .NET framework 2.0 installed *
  • MDAC 2.8 installed*
  • WSE 3.00 *
  • Microsoft SQL Server 2005 (SQL Express) *
  • Supported Operating Systems: Microsoft Windows XP Home and Professional SP2, Windows 2000 (Service Pack 4)

  • 2GB or more RAM
  • 80 GB hard disk space

      WMSmart Server can only run on Windows 2000 (Service Pack 4) or
      Windows XP Professional (Service Pack 2) or Windows 2003 (with Service Pack),
      with Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS 5.0 or later)
      for WebAccess and other services

Supported installation configuration:

  • Stand-alone - A stand-alone working environment using a single PC for both the database and client interface.
       The user will install the server side.
  • Network Windows Client and Server - A network connects multiple computers, utilizing a single source to store all data.
      User will install server side on the server machine and the client on every PC that will use the application.

Supported Database:  Microsoft SQL Server 2005 (SQL Express)
